Delete your account
Enter the email you use for Clumpi and we'll send you a confirmation link. It works even if you've already uninstalled the app.
Delete your account
What gets deleted
Your character, moods, photos, events, notes and sign-in methods are permanently deleted along with the account. Circles you created are handed to the earliest member.
You have 30 days to change your mind
After you confirm, the account enters a 30-day grace period: people in your circles no longer see you, but nothing is deleted yet. Sign in to the app during that time to cancel; the deletion happens after 30 days.
What stays
Old notifications in other people's inboxes and board activity keep your name; reports are kept for as long as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
You can also delete from the app
Open Me → Account → Delete account in the app. It does the same thing.
